آج کی دنیا دو گروہوں میں تقسیم ہے: ایک قانون بنانے والے اور دوسرے جن پر قانون نافذ ہے۔ اس تفریق کے منطقی و منفی نتائج کو تمام تر کوششوں کے باوجود ختم نہیں کیا جا سکا۔ اس کا حل صرف دین اسلام کے پاس ہے کہ تمام انسان ایک ذات کے بنائے ہوئے قوانین و احکام کے یکساں طور پر پابند ہوں۔
The world today is divided into two groups: (1) those who make the law (2) those who are governed by the law. The logical and negative consequences of this differentiation could not be eradicated despite all efforts. The solution to this is only with the religion of Islam, that all human beings are equally bound by the laws and ordinances made by the one Almighty.
